Terms of Service

WarmDoc, LLC operates warmdoc.io. These Terms of Service govern your use of WarmDoc. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

By creating an account or using WarmDoc, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WarmDoc. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to upload or share illegal content, not to use WarmDoc for spam, not to attempt to reverse engineer the service, and not to share your account credentials with others.

We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

The Free tier is available indefinitely with usage limits. The Pro tier is billed monthly or annually per seat. The Team tier requires an annual commitment, with 60 days notice before renewal required to cancel.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription period. Failed payments trigger service suspension after 7 days. All fees are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax.

We don't offer refunds after 7 days of your initial subscription. We don't offer partial refunds on annual plans.

Pro tier subscriptions can be cancelled any time through account settings. Team tier subscriptions require 60 days written notice. In all cases, access continues through the end of the paid period.

We'll notify existing customers by email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. WarmDoc retains all rights to the platform, its code, and its branding.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share documents through WarmDoc. You agree to indemnify WarmDoc against claims arising from unauthorized content you upload or share.

We use reasonable efforts to maintain uptime. There is no formal service level agreement below the Team tier. We announce scheduled maintenance windows in advance where possible.

WarmDoc's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify WarmDoc against third-party claims arising from your use of the service.

Only designated administrators can add or remove users and modify billing on a Team account. Your company agrees to be bound by the actions of its administrators.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with North Carolina state and federal courts. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Arbitration is available as an alternative to court.

Either party may terminate at any time. WarmDoc may terminate an account for violation of these terms. After termination, your data is available for export for 30 days.

We'll notify customers by email at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect.
